Hi cubers!

I've recently started playing with the 4x4, and I have made many attempts to create a checker board pattern on it, but none worked. Does anyone know how to do it? And I know that trying to do it with opposite colours won't work, so I'm just mixing the colours of adjacent faces (green and yellow, blue and red, etc.), but that hasn't worked either. Help please!

It's not possible to do. You can only do the checkered pattern on 4 of the 6 faces. It's science.

ugh i feel you.

i keep wanting to try the adjacent face thing... i think that would be the key if there is one... but i just got mine and i've only solved it once, now i'm afraid to get it mixed up again by screwing up on trying to make the checkerboard.
